At long last, we have found a Rob Roy Tartan in a perfect red and lighter pre-washed flannel.

The story of how this Tartan was brought to North America by Rob Roy descendant Jock McCluskey and coined ‘Buffalo Plaid’ or ‘Buffalo Check’ is described by the Tartans Authority.  Of course, it’s a classic we’ve been aiming to produce forever in the right cut and quality. It’s bound to be a Red Canoe staple.
