110% Price Match Guarantee Terms & Conditions:

• The product must be the exact same make, model, and color as the advertised item that is being purchased on Aviation Depot’s website.
• Exclusion are including, but not limited to aviation oil, lubricants, oil filters, and any other items that Aviation Depot deems they cannot do a price match on. This list of exclusion can change at any time without notice.
• Price match guarantee only applied to another online merchant and not a physical storefront price.
• The online merchant offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock and available for immediate delivery
• The online merchant must be an established site in the United States of America, as determined by Aviation Depot.
• Price Match Guarantee does not apply to any auction websites.
• Price Match Guarantee applies to the price of the item, prior to any shipping charges, handling fees, processing fees, taxes, or any other miscellaneous fees.
• Price Match Guarantee claims must be received via e-mail within 3 calendar days preceding the day of the purchase. (Example: Order date was on 8/1/2024. The customer has until 11:59 PM on 8/4/2024 to e-mail all the data required.)
• A customer is limited to 3 claims in a 90-day period.
• Limit of three of the same product number per customer.
• Price Match Guarantee only applies to new products and does not apply to factory reconditioned, refurbished, closeout, or previously returned products.
• Price Match Guarantee also does not apply to another merchant’s special offer promotions such as a sale price, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts, special orders, and/or any membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers.
• Price Match Guarantee only applies to online orders or pickup orders.
• Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, and/or discount offered by Aviation Depot.
• Aviation Depot must be able to confirm and verify the lower price offered by another merchant. If Aviation Depot is unable to confirm the lower price, the lower price will not be honored.
• Price Match Guarantee will not be matched with a distributor or wholesaler price.
• Aviation Depot reserves the right to determine final eligibility for the Price Match Guarantee.
• Aviation Depot reserved the right to change the terms and conditions of the Price Match Guarantee at any time without notice.
• 110% difference will be issued in the form of an Aviation Depot store credit, gift card, or coupon. The issuance of the form of the difference is at the discretion of Aviation Depot.
• A customer is eligible for up to $300 in Price Match Guarantee credit on future purchases at Aviation Depot per 90 day time period

Example of how it works:

• Purchase price from Aviation Depot: $1000.00
• Price found from another merchant: $900.00
• Price difference: $100.00
• 110% of the difference: $110.00
• $110.00 will be issued in the form of credit listed in the terms and conditions above.

Wholesale Customers

• Aviation Depot will follow all of the other terms and conditions listed above except for the terms listed below.
• Wholesale customers are only eligible for 100% Price Match Guarantee. 
• Credit is still in the form of credit listed above.
